Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. AZ Gun Classifieds may remove listings, suspend accounts, or restrict categories to protect the marketplace.
Unlawful transfers, straw purchases, stolen property, prohibited weapons, fraud, harassment, and any listing that avoids lawful transfer requirements are not allowed.
