AZ Gun Classifieds is a classified advertising platform. Users are responsible for knowing and following all federal, Arizona, and local laws.
Required user agreement
- You must be legally allowed to possess, buy, sell, trade, or transfer any item you discuss through this site.
- You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements for the specific item and transaction, including 21 where required by federal, Arizona, or local law.
- You must not sell or transfer a firearm, ammunition, or regulated item to a prohibited possessor.
- Private firearm transfers must not be used to avoid federal, state, or local law.
- Do not directly transfer a firearm to an out-of-state unlicensed person. Use lawful FFL transfer workflows when required.
- NFA items, prohibited weapons, illegal modifications, stolen property, unserialized illegal items, and unlawful transactions are not allowed.
- Firearm listings on this site are meet-in-person only in the marketplace workflow. Shipping firearm transactions is not supported here.
- Use safe public meeting plans and consider completing private transfers through an Arizona FFL.
- Report suspicious listings, users, or messages immediately.
Site role
AZ Gun Classifieds does not own, inspect, verify, broker, transfer, ship, or take possession of firearms listed by users. Listings and messages are user-generated. Moderation tools help reduce risk, but users remain responsible for lawful conduct. This page is practical safety information, not legal advice.
